Scent of the Month Club, 8.5 oz

Each month we send one 8.5 oz soy and beeswax candle in that month's house scent. Same candle we sell on the shelf. Poured in Texas. Up to a 40 hour burn.

You do not pick the scent. We do. Saffron 33, Butt Naked, Black Cypress, and the rest of the line rotate through.

What arrives

• One 8.5 oz soy and beeswax candle
• That month's scent, chosen for the house that month

How to burn it

Let the candle sit at room temperature for at least 24 hours after it arrives. The soy and beeswax blend can show slight sweating or small marks on the surface as it settles. That is normal.

• Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each lighting.
• Let the melt pool reach the glass before you put it out.
• Burn no longer than 4 hours at a time.
• Stop when 1/4 to 1/2 inch of wax is left.
• Keep it away from drafts. Do not leave it burning alone.

Most people buy the same two or three scents. The club is how the next one shows up at the door.
