Burn times vary by size, and environmental elements outside of our control, but our candles are crafted to maximize longevity. Most range from 40 to 60+ hours with proper wick trimming and care.

For the best burn, allow your soy candle to stabilize at room temperature for at least 24 hours once home.

Our 100% natural soy-beeswax blend may show slight sweating or minor surface variations as it settles. This is completely normal and harmless.

To care for your candle:

• Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each lighting
• Always allow a full melt pool before extinguishing
• Burn no longer than 4 hours at a time
• Your candle is finished when there is 1/4 to 1/2 inch of wax remaining
• Keep away from drafts and never leave unattended

Every TGL candle is backed by our One-Year Flawless Burn Promise. If a rare imperfection in the wax or wick affects your candle's performance, such as sinkholes or inconsistent melting, we will make it right.

Simply email us with your order details and a few photos. We review every claim with care and personal attention, and will gladly replace any soy candle that does not meet our standard of craftsmanship.
